GOVERNMENT STRATEGIC RESERVES AGENCY BECOMES HONORARY PATRON OF KOC 2026

The Government Strategic Reserves Agency (RARS) has granted its honorary patronage to the 2nd Civil Protection Congress – KOC 2026. The President of RARS, Brig. Gen. (Res.) Prof. Jan Rajchel, is a member of the Congress Programme Council and will take an active part in the proceedings.

KOC 2026 will take place on 12 March 2026 at the Novotel Warsaw Airport Hotel in Warsaw. The event is organised by Zarząd Targów Warszawskich S.A.
